Till January, we were shipping individual parcels via EMS, associated to India Post. The Ministry of Post - Government of India, decided suddenly to increase incredibly their rates, encouraging all their customers to deal with the private sector.
Therefore, from February 2011 onwards, individual parcels sent by BALADARSHAN will not be shipped anymore via EMS but via Universal Worldwide Express, and delivered at preferred rate by Courier companies like DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. The advantage is now that there is no limit in regard of the weight of the parcels, but most of them will be subject to customs examination.
