Traditionally, the women from Gypsy community use to make glass-beads necklaces they are selling on touristic spots.
18 women participated in this training session and set up now a new producers group.
During the months of December 2016 and January 2017, Baladarshan has
organized a training session in baskets weaving for the gypsy community
from Pondicherry, in partnership with Samugam Foundation
(www.samugam.org).
